Recreational Class offerings
We love to teach your child to love dance!
We offer recreational classes from age 2 to adult. The classes that are available are as follows:
Beginner Combo Class (Tap, Ballet, Tumbling)
Intermediate Combo Class (Tap, Jazz, Tumbling)
Ballet
Tap
Jazz

Pre Pointe
Pointe
Hip Hop
Tumbling
Jr. & Sr. High Dance Team Prep
REQUIRED ATTIRE:
For Combo classes your child will need to wear the proper dance attire although we do not have a required leotard color or style. You need to have pink leather ballet shoes, and black tie up tap shoes. These are available in many local stores. Ask your dance teacher or any staff member for suggestions. A dance bag is recommended for all students to carry shoes and other dance accessories. PLEASE remember to label everything.
RECREATIONAL FEES:
Registration
$40/dancer and $25 each additional sibling
MONTHLY TUITION SCHEDULE
*Tuition is based on the number of weeks in the dance year and not the number of weeks in each month.
*You will receive a 5% discount if you pay the entire year in full
Tuition prices:
$40 - 30 minute class
$45 - 45 min to 1 hour
$55 - Classes equal to 1.5 hours
$65 - Classes equal to 2 hours
10% Military and Sibling Tuition discounts
LATE PAYMENTS
A $25 late fee will be applied on the 10th of each month if tuition is not paid.
TUITION
All classes must be paid for in advance. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. You may pay by the following methods: cash, check, credit card, or PayPal. We offer monthly or annual payment plans. There are NO refunds for missed or dropped classes-tuition is based on enrollment not attendance. Notice must be given by the 1st of the month if dropping a class or tuition will be billed.
RECITAL
There will be a end of year recital additional costume and recital fees will apply. Costume deposits will be due end of November.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Cabot Dance Academy will follow the Cabot School District’s inclement weather policy. If Cabot Schools are closed, CDA is closed. If conditions improve during the day we may open. Please check the website, facebook, or call Lisa or Tonya for the most up to date information.
STUDIO RULES
1. NO food or gum allowed in the dance studio.
2. NO CELL PHONES will be permitted in the classroom.
3. Only water and drinks with covered lids will be allowed.
4. CDA is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
5. All dancers should be picked up and dropped off in the lobby. No dancer should leave the studio without supervision. CDA is not responsible for students left unattended.
6. Cabot Dance Academy Owners and Staff determine class placement.
7. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
